Everything is excellent, I really enjoyed my time here. The venue is hip new, it offers large breakfast and has perfect location adjacent to the downtown area, the beach and the seafront.

The staff was DELIGHTFUL & everything was good. The continental breakfast had lots of food. We enjoyed the way our guest room was. The beach was sandy. Also, it was convenient to walk to gardens as it's set 15 minutes away.

I enjoyed the reception, it was very pleasant. Generally everything was really perfect, nevertheless the bathroom was old. The staff where amicable and provided efficient service. Savoury food choices for breakfast. Location close to town centre.

I liked the hotel, all the interiors were nice. There was an adjoining bar with lots of different food, such as nibbles and crisps. A wonderful beach, superb view. Decent service throughout too.

Gyotaku, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. The swimming pool was perfect for us. Fantastic base for your holidays in Puerto de la Cruz. It is not far from the airport
